Our Story
At People Helping People Aug Inc, our mission is deeply rooted in personal experience and a profound understanding of the transformative power of kindness. As a young single mother facing challenges and making sacrifices, I learned firsthand the importance of love, support, and random acts of kindness. Through my own journey of self-kindness and resilience, I discovered the profound impact that compassion, grace, and support can have on individuals in need. This personal journey ignited within me a desire, passion, and unwavering commitment to extend a helping hand to others facing similar struggles.
Having witnessed the struggles of the homeless and hungry in the CSRA region, I am driven by a heartfelt desire to make a difference, one kind act at a time. While I may not be able to save everyone, I am dedicated to providing essential support through hot meals, clothing, blankets, toiletries, and prayer to those in need. With over 20 years of customer service experience, I approach each interaction with the same golden rule that guides my life: treating others with the kindness and respect I would want for myself.
We uphold the significance of understanding, sympathy, and civic engagement in reshaping narratives and transforming destinies.
